Chastity is a passionate and dedicated registered clinical social work intern who graduated with her master’s in social work from the University of Central Florida. She believes in the power of human connection and the importance of creating a safe and non-judgmental space for healing and transformation. Chastity’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification techniques, and psychodynamic theories. Throughout her career as a case manager and social worker in the hospital setting, she has had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including individuals, families, and groups, who are navigating life with chronic diseases or end-of-life diagnosis. Chastity aims to provide her clients with the support and guidance they need to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, chronic diseases or life transitions.
