Tony is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Counseling Resource Services. He provides in-person and telehealth therapy in Central Florida. Tony earned his Master’s Degree from Columbia University in New York. As a therapist Tony has served primarily adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, neurocogntive disorders, trauma and thought disorders. He has particular interest in working with those suffering from Major Neurocognitive issues; Alzheimers, Vascular Dementia and Neurodegenerative Disorders; Parkinsons and Lewy Body Dementia.
He has extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and much of his recent work is centered in this approach. Tony has additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, short term Crisis Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, but is continuously searching for new and effective evidence based treatments to help clients reach their goals and live their lives more fully. He strongly believes in an approach that incorporates empathy, compassion, safe and supportive collaboration, with special emphasis on mindful healing and acceptance. Tony maintains a daily meditation practice and enjoys teaching mindfulness skills to both the young and old.
