Elizabeth Olson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience in the field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in social work from Florida State University.
With a focus on individuals in mid-life and beyond, Elizabeth specializes in treating anxiety, chronic illness, grief and loss, depression, life transitions, and women’s health, including peri- and post-menopause. She is dedicated to helping her clients navigate these challenges with compassion and practical strategies for growth and healing.
Elizabeth’s therapeutic philosophy centers on making mental health care accessible, personalized, and empowering for each individual. She believes in the importance of a holistic, client-centered approach that respects the unique experiences and needs of every person she works with.
Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys strength training, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
