Jen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Qualified Supervisor of Interns with Counseling Resource Services providing in-person and telehealth therapy. She graduated from Bowdoin College with a double major in Psychology and Sociology and then from Simmons College with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Jen has over 20 years of experience in homes, schools, residential treatment centers, and Department of Juvenile Justice Programs. She has provided individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Jen believes that individuals are resilient and is passionate about focusing on strengths and solutions through the use of psychodynamic techniques, cognitive behavioral elements, and supportive therapy. Jen uses the therapeutic alliance and a strength-based approach to help her clients to find hope and happiness in all areas of their lives.
