Jenny Spegal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Counseling Resource Services providing in-person and telehealth therapy. She obtained her master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Central Florida. Jenny has worked with a wide variety of conditions which include addiction, chronic and terminal illness, mental/emotional disorders, homelessness, and trauma. Throughout her professional career, she has always had a passion for helping others overcome challenges and empower themselves to achieve mental wellness.
