Mardi Mitchell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Counseling Resource Services providing in-person and telehealth therapy. Mardi has a Masters degree from the University of Central Florida. She has over 20 years experience counseling people from diverse backgrounds towards improved mental well being and life balance. Mardi has worked in both the medical and mental health settings, including a significant background working in hospice care. She has provided individual, family and group counseling, addressing a wide range of issues including: grief and loss, bereavement, physical disabilities, pain issues, caregiver issues, burnout, stress and anxiety, depression, loneliness, trauma, life transitions and adjustments, shame, forgiveness, and codependency. Mardi recognizes it takes courage to seek change and she provides a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to share, gain insights and implement changes towards a healthier and more
fulfilling life.
